Barrington Saunders Ltd Professional Services is a subsidiary business of Healthcare Training College Ltd which has been established since 1998.
Our feedback from a broad mixture of private and public sector clients from Healthcare Training College during the last 20 years, highlighted several areas where clients were not happy with external professional advice they were purchasing from other providers. Clients overwhelmingly told us of their frustration of the following concerns they had experienced; 1. professional fees were not transparent and felt excessive 2. professional advisors often had limited or no actual experience in their business sector 3. Guidelines and standards were often confusing, repetitive and open to misinterpretation 4. Regulators and inspectors often did not provide clear advice on how to meet legal compliance 5. Managing staff and complying with employmet law was a major cause of frustration, especially long term sick leave and poor performance 6. Often policies and procedures purchased were little more than pages and pages of generic terms, which simply did not relate to their business needs or meet the latest case law outcomes.
